Susan joined the Overdraft Deposit Collections and Recovery Team on January 1st of this year. Susan is a rookie in the truest sense of the word. NOt only is she new to the product, but she also transitioned from a collector to an analyst role. Susan focused immediately on providing value to the organization by taking the lead role in development and completion of testing for the ODCR Web Splash initiative. User testing involved ODCR testing on numerous new testing platforms while working closely with a number of teams across the technoloygy spectrum. Susan could easily have deferred to others during testing, but she didn't. Susan took the initiative and doggedly pursued the technical specifics of how the Enterprise Test system worked, how to obtain records, and how to condition accounts for testing. This level of dedication was a key reason the technical deployment was successful. - John Heaberlin While Susan is new to both this role and Overdraft she has done an excellent job and quickly made herself a valuable addition to the team. Suart notes both her diligence and initiative, important traits in any team member you'd like to have on your team, but especially when it comes to testing! - Patricia Kennedy
