Mike is a Co-Owner, along with Rob Cassam, of Carolina Realty Advisors. Mike is a full time Realtor who is licensed in both NC and SC. Mike has earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation and is also is in charge of recruiting new Realtors to the firm and Sales Management. Mike’s clients are individuals like you, who want to buy or sell real estate in the Greater Charlotte area. He also works with small business owners (Commercial Real Estate) and investors.
Mike graduated from Fairmont State College in W.V. with a degree in Education. He also served as a 2 term President of the Student Body. After to moving to the Charlotte area in 1996, he started his business career as an Account Executive for one of the TOP 25 largest privately held companies in the world. During his stay in Corporate America Mike won several sales awards like National Rookie of the Year and National Account Executive of the Year out of over 350 Account Executives. As a former College Football Quarterback and National Salesman of the Year, Mike brings a competitive, "winning edge" attitude to your service.
After purchasing a few Properties of his own and becoming a landlord / investor, Mike realized how much he enjoyed real estate so he began focusing his efforts on the real estate industry and he hasn’t looked back since.
